The O'Fallon Community Athletic Club (OCAC) is a non-profit organization of volunteers established in 1960 by Edgar Hager Jr., Mark Bruening, and Harold V. Nichols. At that time the original board of directors consisted of 6 members as follows:

Edgar Hager Jr., Peggy Davis, Leo C. Schmersahl, Euell J. sweeten, Lester J. Presley, and Richard L. Buffington.

Since that time the board  has dedicated itself to providing a quality baseball and softball program for the youth of O'Fallon and surrounding communities in St. Charles County, Missouri. The OCAC's open program stresses fairness, instruction, competition, sportsmanship, and fun.
