The O'Fallon Community Athletic Club (OCAC) is a non-profit organization of volunteers established in 1960 by Edgar Hager Jr., Mark Bruening, and Harold V. Nichols. At that time the original board of directors consisted of 6 members as follows:

Edgar Hager Jr., Peggy Davis, Leo C. Schmersahl, Euell J. sweeten, Lester J. Presley, and Richard L. Buffington.

Since that time the board  has grown to 22 member's as of 2007 dedicating itself to providing a quality baseball and softball progam for the youth of O'Fallon and surrounding communities in St. Charles County, Missouri. The OCAC's open program stresses fairness, instruction, competition, sportsmanship, and fun.
